DevOps Engineer

LMKR is looking for the right DevOps Engineers who want to innovate, achieve, grow, lead and work in a team already working on offshore cloud projects.

Job Function/Responsibilities

• Understanding of the infrastructure components and offerings of Public Cloud ie. Microsoft Azure; Amazon Web Services.
• Experience with Public Cloud PaaS/SaaS solutions such as App Services, App Insights, Storage Accounts, Resource Groups, and monitoring tools, EC2, S3,route53, azure Blob, Object storage, WAF
• Strong cloud system administration skillsets, VMs (windows/Linux), RHEL
• Experience with scripting and programming languages such as – Python, Java, Shell scripting, PowerShell
• Experience with Jenkins or GitLab CI and ability to develop CI/CD pipelines for automations
• Kubernetes
  • Helm Charts and resources management
  • Namespace & Secret creation
  • Pods, SVC, virtual services handling
  • Dashboard configuration & monitoring
  • Namespace with Secrets
  • Taint & Toleration
• Docker containerization and data mapping
• Artifactory repositories management
• Experience with  Terraform is big plus

Requirements

• 5 – 7 years of professional work experience in Public Cloud operations or enterprise-sized environments
• Must be able to understand business requirements, create good design based upon understanding and translate that design in a quality implementation.
• Coordinate, collaborate and should be able to work with team to develop, brand and deploy the solutions
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Perform other duties as and when required

Education/Qualifications

• BS or MS in computer sciences or equivalent
