GVERSE GeoGraphix software grant worth approximately US $4.5 million gives students at the California University of Pennsylvania hands-on industry experience

27th March, 2020: GVERSE GeoGraphix has partnered with California University of Pennsylvania as part of their University Grant Program to utilize their suite of software. The grant, valued at approximately US $4.5 million, provides students enrolled in the geology and geosciences programs at California University access to highly developed, industry leading software that is used in the E&P market with access to 75 software licenses.

Such software knowledge is expected when entering the work force, and the program aims to expose students to real life situations and job opportunities. The software will be used in courses that focus on devising ways to use renewable and nonrenewable energy resources to meet energy needs.

The main focus of LMKR’s University Grant Program is giving students access to some of the most powerful geological and geophysical software packages used in the industry and ensure students have had every possible advantage when entering the workforce.
